(hypertrophy). With every exercise designed to be performed with optimum form, creating
necessary muscle tension , keeping joints safe.
For sessions designed to build muscle mass our nutrition plans focus on consuming more
energy than being burnt. The resulting diet will include high amounts of nutrition dense foods
to aid muscle growth.
It’s important to remember that muscles grow when you rest, your personal trainer will
include rest into your fitness schedule this will make you leaner maximising your recovery.
